SurveyMySchool do not use proscriptive or pre-defined questions, nor do you have to think up the questions and design the questionnaire yourself.  However we include all the questions from Ofsted’s Parent View Surveys so you can monitor parental opinion on the Ofsted measures.

At SurveyMySchool we have a database of core question results. We are therefore able to advise schools on benchmarks that might typically be expected in order to help the school understand their own performance.

SurveyMySchool develops your questionnaire and your survey in consultation with the school management. We do not use stock surveys but tailor them to the needs of each and every school.

 

Much of the value from parental feedback is contained within verbatim comments that parents freely leave as part of the survey. For this reason parents are given the opportunity to express their opinions in their own words on key measures. Verbatim comments are a vital part of understanding your parents’ views and instrumental in bringing the survey results to life.

Ideally surveys are conducted on-line. If email addresses are unavailable then SurveyMySchool has considerable experience of conducting surveys by telephone, post or face-to-face.
